This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through brianstace.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)
Because many of our products are music-related and collectible, all sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Opened or unsealed CDs
Digital music downloads
Worn or used merchandise
Items purchased from third-party retailers (you must contact them directly)
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange (if approved):
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You must contact us before sending any item back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We will replace defective or damaged items with the same product. If that product is unavailable, we may offer a comparable item or a refund.
6. Shipping Costs
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, you are responsible for shipping costs, and these will not be refunded.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
7. Digital Products
All sales of digital music, downloadable content, or online event access are final and non-refundable, except where prohibited by law.
8. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items refused due to unpaid customs charges.
